Why It Matters

Don't Leave Your Business
Relying on Outdated Equipment

Old analogue systems were designed decades ago. Modern threats demand modern protection.

Unidentifiable Footage

Blurry, low-resolution analogue cameras often can't capture usable evidence. When an incident happens, grainy footage won't identify a face, a plate, or a suspect.

No Remote Access

Older DVR systems are typically locked to a single monitor on site. Modern IP systems let you check live feeds and review footage from your phone, anywhere in the world.

Limited Coverage

Analogue cameras use fixed, narrow lenses with no zoom capability. Modern IP cameras offer wide fields of view, optical zoom and pan/tilt options — giving you more coverage per camera and fewer blind spots.

FAQ

Common Questions

How many cameras do I need?
It depends on the size and layout of your premises. We conduct a free site survey and advise on the minimum number of cameras needed to cover all critical areas — entrances, exits, car parks, reception and any high-value zones. We won't oversell you cameras you don't need.
Can I keep my existing cameras?
In some cases, yes — it depends on the camera type and condition. We'll assess your existing setup as part of the free site survey and advise honestly. In most cases, upgrading to IP cameras on a new NVR delivers significantly better results than trying to integrate old analogue hardware.
How long does installation take?
A typical small business installation (4–8 cameras) is completed in a single day. Larger or more complex systems may take 2–3 days. We'll give you a clear timeline before any work begins, and we work around your business hours where possible to minimise disruption.
Is CCTV legal for my business?
Yes — CCTV is legal for businesses in the UK provided it's used appropriately. We recommend consulting the ICO website for guidance on your obligations as a business operator. We're happy to point you in the right direction.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes — we offer ongoing support and maintenance packages to keep your system running at its best. This includes remote health monitoring, firmware updates and on-site support if required. Ask us about support options when you get in touch.
How much does CCTV installation cost?
Every site is different, so we provide tailored quotes based on your exact requirements after the free site survey. We're transparent about pricing with no hidden costs — and as we're not VAT registered, there's no VAT added to your invoice. Get in touch for a no-obligation quote.
