How do I know if I need a network upgrade?

Can you work with my existing equipment?
Possibly — it depends on what you have. We'll assess your existing setup as part of the free site survey. Some equipment can be retained and incorporated into a new design; in other cases, replacing ageing hardware delivers a significantly better result. We'll advise honestly either way.
What does a WiFi site survey involve?
We walk your premises to understand the layout, identify problem areas, locate existing cabling and determine the best access point positions. The survey is free and no-obligation — it gives us everything we need to provide an accurate, site-specific quote.
How disruptive is the installation?
We keep disruption to a minimum. Most installations involve a period without WiFi (typically a few hours) which we schedule around your business hours. Any cabling work is done as cleanly as possible. We'll discuss the plan with you upfront so there are no surprises on the day.
Do you offer ongoing network support?
Yes — ongoing support and maintenance packages are available. This can include remote monitoring, firmware updates and on-call support for issues. Ask us about options when you get in touch.
