Common Questions

Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes — number porting is included on all plans. We handle the entire porting process for you so there's minimal disruption to your business.
How long does setup take?
For new numbers, setup typically takes just a few days. For number porting, timescales depend on your existing provider but we'll keep you informed throughout.
Do I need to buy new phones?
Not necessarily. We assess your existing hardware before recommending any upgrades. You can also use a softphone app on your computer or mobile at no extra hardware cost. Desk phone hire is available from £5/month if needed.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
We are currently not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on any of our prices. When we become VAT registered, we will provide advance notice and update pricing in accordance with UK law.
What if I need more than 10 users on the Core plan?
Additional users can be added to the Core plan for £10–£15 per user per month. Alternatively, if you have 10+ users and need advanced features, the Pro plan may be a better fit — contact us for a tailored quote.
Do you offer out-of-hours support?
Yes — out-of-hours support is available as an add-on from £25/month, available on Core and Pro plans. It's also included as standard on the Pro plan.
