What do you mean by a "drop-in replacement"?
We configure the new PC to match the old one's setup as closely as possible — files transferred, accounts created, software installed and network access configured. The goal is that on the day of switchover, the user sits down and carries on with minimal disruption, rather than spending hours getting the new machine ready themselves.
Do you only supply new machines?
Yes — we source and set up new machines only. We don't refurbish or repair existing hardware as part of this service.
What operating system do you install?
Windows 11 Pro as standard. Pro is required for proper business use — it includes BitLocker drive encryption, domain join and group policy support that the Home edition lacks. We always do a clean install with no pre-installed software you don't need.
Can you transfer everything from the old PC?
We can transfer files, documents and data from the old machine. The scope depends on what's on the old PC and how it's set up — we'll assess this as part of the process and be clear with you about what we can and can't migrate before any work begins.
Do you work with businesses of any size?
Yes — whether you need one machine replaced or several, the process is the same. We give every job the same level of care and attention regardless of size.
How much does it cost?
